1) Are there other ways to order from Manufacturing Solutions Unlimited, Inc?
Absolutely.  You can make an order by phone, fax or regular mail.  To fax an order: Simply place order via fax to (732) 780-1410.  We can also take orders via credit card (Master Card, Discover, Visa, or American Express)  Please call for more information (732) 780-8794.

2) How will I know that my order has been received by MSU, Inc?
An Order Acknowledgement will be sent to you via email or fax.  You must provide us with email address or fax number.

3) If I can't find what I'm looking for, how do I place a special order?

4) What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Items to be returned must be sent back to Manufacturing Solutions Unlimited, Inc. within 30 days from the date of invoice.  Shipping is not refundable, and the customer must pay for return shipping.

5) When should I expect to receive my order?
You should receive your order within 30 days.  This obviously depends upon whether we have items in stock and where we are shipping it, but in general, most orders will arrive within three weeks.
